Copenhagen-based food and hospitality consultant bringing Nordic innovation and sustainability to global markets.

My Story

My journey began in 2012 when I founded Sweet Sneak, Copenhagen’s first pop-up bakery, which quickly evolved into a successful food branding agency. This first venture sparked my passion for blending storytelling with real-world brand activation.

Since then, I’ve co-founded and led Blank Space Studio with my husband — a business development and creative content agency working with clients from Disney, IKEA, and NIKE to bold startups across food, design, and hospitality.

Community and connection are at the heart of my work. I also co-founded CAYA Collective with Rosio Sanchez to bring people together and amplify female voices in the food and hospitality industry.

Through my consultancy, I help brands and founders find clarity, craft authentic strategies, and grow through partnerships and community-driven initiatives. Whether advising corporates or mentoring entrepreneurs, my approach is hands-on, collaborative, and always human-centered.

At heart, I’m endlessly curious about the intersection of culture, creativity, and commerce. I don’t just shape how brands look — I help shape how they feel, connect, and thrive in the real world.

  • I am based in Copenhagen, with International perspective and experience. Hence I love to inject this Scandinavian prestige and innovation to your door and your project or brand! Whether you are based in Denmark, Germany, the US or elsewhere.

  • I am deeply rooted within the creative industries with a business background. Most of my career is spent and built within F&B, hospitality, design and lifestyle. My passion and strength lies within connecting various industries and using this toolkit cross industry.
