Chef and artist, she uses food as a method to build community and to explore a deeper personal relationship to food. Aly uses food grown by small-scale producers and from the wild to create nourishing and thoughtful meals.
About the movement
A strong, slow, and rhythm-driven practice rooted in Yoga and Pilates, led by Josephine. Built to bring you back into your body.
We move to music with breath, repetition, and sequences that feel intuitive, personal, and grounding.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, more open, and more present.
All bodies and experience levels are welcome.

Movement teacher and holistic health coach who blends strength, rhythm, and breath into practices that calm the mind and steady the body.
At Homa, Josephine will guide you through movement that leaves you lighter, clearer, and more at home in yourself.

Once your spot is reserved, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for any reason, including illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies.
If something comes up and you’re unable to join us, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member—just let us know in writing, and we’ll be happy to help make the switch.
